Yoga Grooves is a boutique yoga studio offering yoga and AcroYoga classes in Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia. We offer a variety of classes, from gentle and restorative yoga to more dynamic practices, flexibility and strength training, and playful partner AcroYoga. We also offer kids and family classes. Our classes are welcoming and inclusive, with options to suit different abilities, needs and levels of experience.

Movements can be adapted to suit each individual, with small group sessions and private lessons available. Our classes explore movement, breath and awareness, helping you reconnect with your body and become more present in the moment.

Our teachings encompass many aspects of yoga, including pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra (relaxation), meditation, and traditional and creative postures. Attention is given to alignment, technique and mindful movement, while variations are offered so that students can practise at their own level and honour their individual bodies.

We enjoy teaching small groups and working closely with individual needs, creating a supportive environment where people can experience the joy and benefits of a dedicated yoga practice.

Come and join Jo and Pepi as they share their love of movement through yoga and AcroYoga — whether you're looking to slow down and restore, develop strength and flexibility, explore something new, or simply have fun moving.
